From invitation to collected payment.
Discover legitimate paid expertise opportunities, qualify truthfully, complete the approved work and track the payment. This is an operating method, not an authorization to submit or act as a participant.
This is the individual paid-expertise lane. It is not AuraOne’s Human Data delivery process, a company-client pipeline or Foundation income.
The seven-step workflow
2. Qualify
Match requirements to verified personal experience. Check topic, role, real tool usage, time, compensation, privacy, conflicts and availability. Unknown qualifications remain a blocker; do not invent facts to pass a screener.
3. Apply
Prepare a source-backed qualification summary and next action. The person reviews and completes any personal-experience attestation or submission. A research record never authorizes an automated application.
4. Complete
Attend or complete the accepted consultation, interview or study as the real participant. Record scope, actual duration and agreed compensation without disclosing confidential employer or customer information.
5. Follow up
Track invitation, scheduling, completion and payment status. Recheck expiring or filled opportunities; preserve every status change. A temporary source failure does not prove closure.
6. Collect
Verify the agreed payout, payment route and receipt. Distinguish advertised, accepted, earned and received amounts; do not call a payment collected merely because a session finished.
7. Track
Retain an auditable record with source, dates, qualification caveats and next action. Keep expired, closed, filled and completed entries in history; deduplicate repeated invitations and cross-posts.
What earns priority
Prioritize about $75 or more for up to 30 minutes, roughly $250/hour or more when calculable, or substantive interviews/consultations worth about $150 or more. These are screening preferences, not guaranteed returns.
Lower or unstated compensation may justify qualification when the topic is unusually relevant and the initial screening cost is low. Explain the exception instead of inventing a payout.
Favor firsthand enterprise AI, data/evaluation, cloud/compute, enterprise software, advertising/growth, procurement and founder experience only when it is genuinely supported.
Account for unpaid screening, preparation, privacy requirements and time to payment. A headline hourly rate alone does not establish value.

No fabricated employer, job title, spending authority, tool use, budget, demographic, credential or qualification.
No confidential information, material nonpublic information or prohibited conflicts.
Never impersonate the human participant or automate personal-experience attestations.
Public research stays separate from private account information, outreach notes and payment details.
Discovery sources & freshness
Provider invitations / email-derived records
Use an authorized read when available. Public entries show the provider and study details, never private message URLs, personalized screener links or authentication tokens. The displayed record check date—not a cadence promise—shows freshness.
Public recruitment and Reddit
Daily Reddit discovery is configured around 9 AM Pacific. Confirm the underlying opportunity when possible; mark the source Provider (Reddit). Ignore referral spam, scams, generic chatter and closed or unpaid offers.
Permitted portal review
Use legitimately available account or public portal access only. Do not bypass logins or attest as another person. Portal availability and an active account are not assumed from a platform name.
